REFUND POLICY
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session/event.
Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received and a booking confirmation email is sent.
We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and cash
All payments must be made in £ GPB or € EURO
Clients must select their desired photography package at the time of booking. Any changes must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session.
Additional travel fees apply for locations outside a 30-mile radius of Photographers current location.
Travel fees will be calculated and communicated during the booking process.
Any special requests or requirements must be communicated at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate them, subject to feasibility and additional costs if applicable.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session/event will forfeit the agreed deposit but incur no further charges.
No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the session/event will be charged 50% of the full session fee.
Clients may reschedule their session/event without penalty if done more than 14 days in advance.
Rescheduling within 14 days of the session/event will incur a 10% rescheduling fee.
All rescheduled sessions must be completed within 6 months of the original booking date.
In the unlikely event that the photographer must cancel a session, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost in the event of severe weather conditions. We will make the determination and notify clients as soon as possible.
Clients arriving late will have their session time reduced accordingly.
By booking, clients agree to allow the use of images for promotional purposes, including website and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
CLEOZOË is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property during the session/event.
Edited images will be delivered within 15 days of the session/event via a private online gallery or other agreed-upon method.
All images produced by [Your Photography Business Name] are protected by copyright law and remain the property of CLEOZOË. Clients are granted a personal use license to print and share images for non-commercial purposes.
